Your Abate of Ohio Board unanimously voted approval to move forward with getting an Organizational License Plate that would be the new Abate of Ohio Logo! I am SO excited!! All of your Region Directors should now have the petition forms and a FAQ sheet if you have questions. I will clear up a few questions right now.
This would be for a Car, Truck, and RV only. The BMV states that you cannot get one for a motorcycle or trailer.
Yes, there will a nominal extra fee for this new plate.
We need a minimum of 150 “original” signatures, then I can meet with my Ohio Rep and that person needs to write a bill, then the house votes on it, once approved I can then take the Vector art and return to the BMV to present it. After all that we can then get the plate.
I encourage all Region Directors to present this at your next meeting and get those petition forms back to me. Remember I must have originals only, no emails or fax copies. Message me and I will give you my mailing address.

On a side note: I am waiting for these items to arrive but I did make up on my own ‘front’ plate for my car with our new logo and our website address underneath. Then for my rear plate I made up a frame with the MRF website on top and MRF written out on the bottom part. As soon as I get these in I will see if they are good enough to present to the Board and all of you. Anything to get our name out there and get people checking our website out or asking us what we do!!!!
